Tele-assistance from Spanish Red Cross

The Spanish Red Cross offers a variety of tele-assistance devices from the well known fob alarm necklace costing 25 euros a month to a new smartphone app costing 10 euros a month. For more information email Christina Gonzalez at cgonzalezg@cruzroja.es

You no longer need a landline for tele-assistance as they can work on mobile signal. The Red Cross provide a variety of other alarm devices for vulnerable people.

Help Towards Cost: People who have lived in Spain for more than 5 years may be able to apply for government help with the costs of tele-assitance if they are on a low income. The red Cross has a social worker who will fill in the aid application for you.
